Actual problems of the humanities

The article discusses the issues of legal regulation of equality of men and women in all spheres of life in the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of the norms of international and national legislation, which were carried out on the basis of the analysis of documents and research of international organizations, as well as the works of domestic and foreign scientists, using a set of methods: historical, comparative and others. The issues of the existing inequality of men and women are considered on the basis of a social-constnictivist approach: in the interactions of people in public space: when considering practical problems, in particular, the gender division of labor, the representation of women in power structures. Theoretical proposals were made to improve the legal regulation of gender equality in the Repub He of Uzbekistan on the basis of international and national legislative acts.

In this thesis some aspects of providing rulemaking process with necessary information concerning types and levels of informational are discussed. Several recommendations and suggestions to develop national legislation have been put forward.

Protecting the rights and interests of consumers in the process of production and provision of sendees is of paramount importance. When purchasing a product, a consumer does not have any information about the quality and storage conditions of the product. The lack of information about the state of the product creates an imbalance in the rights of market participants, which leads to a violation of the rights and interests of the consumer.
Consumer protection is one of the most pressing problems in the context of market relations. Despite the creation of a legal framework that guarantees the rights and interests of consumers, there are still cases of the sale of low-quality goods, the provision of low-quality services. One reason for this is that consumers are not sufficiently aware of their rights. Therefore, it is important that the consumer is aware of his rights granted to him by law and can exercise them without them.
The exercise of the consumer’s right in the ways and means established by law prevents the violation of his right and gives the expected effect in accordance with this rule. Based on this situation, the article analyzes the methods and tools for the implementation of consumer rights, methods of their application and their role in protecting consumer rights.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the existing universal international legal documents on human health, their implementation in national legislation, giving a legal assessment of their role in the normal functioning of the health system today. The role of the right to health in the human rights system is emphasized, as well as modern views on the understanding of the right to health. Conclusions and recommendations are made based on an analysis of issues related to ensuring the right to health.

Доказывание является сердцевиной уголовного процесса и сопровождает его от самой начальной стадии - доследственной проверки до рассмотрения дела судом во всех инстанциях.
Для формирования единого понятия о данном процессе изначально необходимо определиться с понятием самого доказывания. Согласно ст.85 УТЕК Республики Узбекистан, «доказывание состоит в собирании, проверке и оценке доказательств с целью установления истины об обстоятельствах, имеющих значение для законного, обоснованного и справедливого разрешения дела» [1]. Нельзя забывать, что понятие доказывание тесно связано с философским понятием, т е. познание чего-либо, для того чтобы установить истину по какому-либо факту’ или событию. Предметом доказывания являются юридически значимые обстоятельства, которые подлежат доказыванию, для разрешения утоловного дела или принятия решения по вытекающим из дела вопросам.
